Annual Service Contract
We give one year free onsite support for your computer, printer and laptop equipment under Annual Service Contact. We will attend service call within 4 working hours after call login by customer. We solve the complained problem at customer place. If it is major problem needs to change some parts to rectify problem we take the equipment to our office and return it once it repaired. We will provide standby equipment if the problem rectified in 2 working days.

Terms and Conditions
- 100% payment as advance for the contract period of one year.
- 12 (one per month) on-site service visits for preventive maintenance (dust cleaning, virus checking, deleting unwanted files form computers, remove paper particles from printers.
- Customer can make any number of calls for any problems in computers, Printers, Network etc during the month, adding to 12 preventive maintenance visits.
- We attend your computer break down call within 4 business hours from the call log in time.
- Parts will not be covered in Annual service contract. That is we will replace faulty part with working part at customer cost.
- We replace all the faulty parts except consumables like ink cartridges, cds, dvds..etc with working parts in Annual Maintenance contract at our cost and we will replace entire unit if the faulty part not available in the market which suits in existing equipment.
- We will try to repair all problems at customer locations only, we may bring the system or printer to our office if the problem is so critical to solve at customer location. We will return the system or printer in maximum 2 working days, if the problem not rectifies in 2 working days we provide standby system or printer.
- Parts like consumables like print cartridges, toner, and ribbon will not be covered under AMC. Physical damaged items by customer also not covered under AMC.
- We check all the computers, printers, LAN cabling thoroughly before entering into any type of contract and we charge to rectify the existing problems.
- We are not responsible if there is a major failure of entire system because of electrical power or any other uncertainty conditions.
