When we started
IT-Lunar Systems was started in 2002 with US$ 2500 to give Computer Education. Today we are into Sales, Service and Training in Hardware as well as software with the turnover of US$ 250,000
Presently we have 20 Hardware Engineers and 5 Software Engineers to give support to our customers. We have huge stock of old computer parts to provide right part at right time of computer or printer breakdown at customer premises. Our Engineers will attend all calls logged before 12 AM same day, rest will be attended next business day. Our customer problems and solutions will be updated into our database and displayed in knowledge base page. This will help anybody to rectify their problems without waiting for the engineer.

1800sft area which we can use this space to accommodate 30-40 computers and 30-40 students or employees at a time. Presently we divided total area into one 10 X 10 Reception , 25 X 12 Lab, 10 X 10 Accommodation room , 12 X 12 Director room, 15 X 12 Web Designing Room, 15 X 12 Class Room,
Our office location
IT-Lunar Systems located at R.K Nagar Bus stop, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad with 25 medium to high end Computers Network setup with 512 Kbps Internet connection to enable our engineers to find out right and best solutions to different types of desktop, laptop and printer problems they face at customer locations and our engineers will be available to customers who located all over Hyderabad.
What we do
We deal in all computers and peripherals like assembled, branded desktop computers and all brands of Laptops and dot matrix, DeskJet, Laser Printers. We also deal in all consumables like Print Cartridges, Toner, Blank CDs, DVDs and all computer parts. We also under take upgrading RAM or HDD in existing desktops, laptops. We have an excellent exchange offers depend on the old configuration and condition
We do electrical and network cabling to enable all the computers in network to perform best. We can setup workgroup or domain network according to our customer requirement. We configure and educate our customers to take the back of their critical data regularly
We undertake Annual service and maintenance contracts for desktops, laptops, printer and ups. We have separate support staff especially for our AMC customers, so that we can give best and fast solutions to our regular customers.
Our Students
We trained more than 1000 students for the course of Hardware and Networking (MCSE) and about 100 students for the course of Web Designing and development. All of our old students got full practical knowledge in trained topics. All are well settled and doing better jobs. They will support us in getting new students.
